“The cost of living crisis (hence the barcode) is indelibly stamped on Starmer's and Reeves' record in government to date. I've drawn Rachel Reeves as an oxpecker. Oxpeckers clean the host animal, but Reeves has been doing the opposite, because the budget was poorly received by businesses. That's why she's making a mess here."
