If you need to cancel your order before it has been despatched, please contact us as soon as possible: email shop@wattsgallery.org.uk or phone 01483 813593. If your order has already been despatched, please follow our returns policy below.
Returns and Refunds
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you buy merchandise online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 14 working days of receiving your items. This includes any delivery charge but does not include the cost of returning the item.
We want you to be delighted with your online purchase but if for any reason you have changed your mind or your purchase is not suitable we will happily offer you an exchange or refund within 28 days of purchase. If there’s a problem with your item (if we’ve made a mistake, or if your order arrives damaged) please try to let us know immediately by emailing shop@wattsgallery.org.uk, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund for you as soon as possible.

Please note: The postage costs to return the unwanted goods will not be reimbursed.
We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service or obtain a Certificate of Posting, as the parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches Watts Gallery- Artists' Village.
If you are returning a limited edition or unique contemporary artwork purchased online, you will need to return this using our approved courier so please contact shop@wattsgallery.org.uk or phone 01483 813593 so we can assist you on arranging this. We can only accept returns of contemporary artwork within 14 days of purchase.
Please note that we cannot offer a refund or exchange on earrings, face coverings and food items purchased online.
Once we’ve received your return we will process your refund, replacement, or exchange as quickly as possible. If you’re owed a refund, we’ll issue this using the same payment details that were used to purchase the items. We aim to process all returns within 1-2 weeks. Sometimes the refund could take up to an additional 10 working days to show in your account, so please bear with us.

For any damaged or faulty goods we will reimburse you the cost of any postage to return the item to us.
Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
