Beyond Strawberry Thief

This exhibition brings together two contrasting aspects of contemporary work – painting and stained glass – following in the arts and crafts footsteps of William Morris and inspired by his guiding principles. Both strands are infused by nature and echo Morris’s belief in the primacy of beauty and craft, and its ability to transform the world we live in.

Timed to coincide with The Art of Wallpaper in the historic galleries, this exhibition presents a complementary outlook on Morris’s work.
