Encapsulating all of Simon's basic techniques in one easy to carry book, from studio design and set up, to basic throwing techniques, adding appendages, trimming, glazing and firing. Simon Leach's Pottery Handbook is perfectly suited for the studio, as it is portable and the concealed wire-o binding will help the book lay flat and stand up. For each technique, detailed step by step photography captures the subtle, intricate movements that typically fly by too fast to be noticed in a video. Plus the book includes a DVD with many of Simon's YouTube videos; callouts throughout the book tell readers which video goes with each section. Gorgeous photos throughout the book show pots in various stages of production and finished results; something that is currently missing from the YouTube videos, so that an aspiring potter can see how the work will look once it has been fired.

Delivery costs:
For most products, with the exception of contemporary gallery artwork, we currently offer free standard delivery on all UK orders over £100. Our other delivery costs are as follows:
UK – £4.95 per order
European Union – £15 per order
Rest of world (including non-EU European countries) £30 per order
Contemporary artwork Works can be collected from Watts Gallery, Compton, GU3 1DQ. We can arrange delivery however the cost will vary depending on the destination, size, weight and value of the artwork. Some works cannot be delivered due to their size or fragility. Pick-up - You can opt for ‘Local pick up’ to avoid paying delivery and to collect from Watts Gallery, Compton, GU3 1DQ
Duties, Tax and Service Charges
If your delivery address is not within the United Kingdom, you may be subject to import duties, taxes and delivery service charges, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You will need to pay any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note that your country’s customs office may also apply a small administration fee to each delivery.
