This multi-block reduction linocut was the culmination of many works made over the past two years. They all used the theme of the sea, harbours and boats along with pattern, texture and bold colours. This literary quote summed it up for me:
"Toward yon waves that boldly rise. Head the vessel. Trim the sail. We must chase that mighty whale". L H Sigourney
